This is the Next Generation House by Sou Fujimoto Architects. The NGH is a small weekend house which overlooks the River Kuma in Kumakura, Japan. It's approximately a 13'x13'x13' cube, which means it's Gi - small, and less private due to the open space that is formed by the cedar logs for seating, sleeping, eating, storage, etc. My thoughts are, what about rodents? theft? And sex? Must be a weekend retreat for the homeys.
